Aluminum Injection and Metal Processing Line
All of Air’s metal parts are produced in the injection and processing lines within the facility. Waste materials are re-evaluated in closed-loop production, reducing both our Scope 3 carbon footprint and the amount of wasted materials.

Internationally Certified Fabrics
The foam underneath Air’s comfortable seat undergoes both molding and casting processes at Nurus facilities. This ensures that high-quality foams, which can be traced back to their chemical composition, are used. The upholstery fabrics are skillfully sewn from internationally certified materials that remain durable even after repeated use.
