Being part of ORGATEC 2024 was a great opportunity for Nurus to share our innovative solutions, our vision for the future of work culture, and our goal of integrating advanced technology into workspaces with industry professionals. At our booth in Hall 6 / D030+E039 in Cologne, Germany, we welcomed visitors and introduced them to our next-generation products and cutting-edge technologies. This year, we were proud to take part in ORGATEC as a member of IBA and the German Design Council.
Next-Generation Solutions: Calma Acoustic Pods and Award-Winning Office Chairs
Our third-generation Calma Acoustic Pods attracted significant attention throughout the event. Designed to meet the needs of modern offices for silence and focus, the Calma series offers A-Class Sound Insulation Certification. Made with Indoor Air Quality-certified materials, these pods provide not only acoustic comfort but also a healthier workspace. Calma aims to reduce distractions and improve productivity in shared and individual work environments.
Another highlight at the fair was our award-winning task chairs. Combining ergonomics, flexibility, and comfort, these chairs support users’ well-being throughout the day. Our designs stand out with their freedom of movement and have been developed to seamlessly adapt to the dynamic needs of modern workspaces.
Emphasis on Monochrome Design and Sustainability
Among the key trends at ORGATEC 2024 were monochrome product aesthetics and sustainability-driven solutions. Our new Spring series was especially appreciated for its minimalist, tone-on-tone design. Offered with matching upholstery, carpets, and accessories, the series addresses the aesthetic expectations of contemporary offices. Also showcased was the T-Mac task chair, developed for shared workspaces. With its flexible and minimalist design, T-Mac adapts to a variety of user needs. Featuring a hidden lumbar support and intuitive adjustments, along with a wide range of upholstery and color options, it stood out as an ideal solution for both individual and collaborative settings.
At Nurus, sustainability has always been a core value. At ORGATEC, we highlighted our environmentally conscious production processes and the use of recycled materials. Our sustainable design philosophy aligns with our mission to create solutions with a low carbon footprint and a high positive impact.
